In this study, we show the Construction of the highly efficient system with the cold water network by District heating and Cooling. By connecting a few plants by the district plumbing, the efficiency of the district can rise continuously. We arranged pressure distribution of the district plumbing to change by the position of the plant and compiled the notice matter in the plan. And I show an example of the highly efficient system with the cold water network.
