This study describes the outline of the district heating and cooling (DHC) plant at OTEMACHI FINANCIAL CITY. This plant has some energy-saving methods; the operation with the cold water network in OTENACHI area, the effective structure of the cooling tower and the effective operation for the heat pump system …etc. And in this study, we show a part of the operation data for double-bundle turbo refrigerator.
