Copper, zinc and cobalt in pyrite cinder are leached by dilute sulfuric acid solution. Copper in the solution is recoverel as Cu2Cl2 precipitate and also it is deposited by electrolytical methodt. Selective precipitationof cobalt as sulfide or Xanthate salt was investigated.
