Abstract
In keeping with the author's message in the Introduction, the reader should now be able to differentiate between Basic Skills Tests and Group Achievement Tests. Also, one should be able to understand the concepts of validity and reliability and be able to apply them. With regard to statistics, the reader should be able to understand the meaning of different types of scores. Moreover, an understanding of the measures of group functioning (mean, median) and the methods for computing them should be evident. These means and medians, when inserted in data table of the types suggested, provide powerful tools in the process of program evaluation. All that remains then is the task of analyzing the data.
