Recently, open network systems are applied to many building automation systems (BAS) to achieve cost reduction, energy saving and comfortable environment. We developed a remote monitoring system for building equipment using original network technology, and operated BAS efficiently by optimal control technique. In this paper, we considered energy saving by cooperative control of set points.
