Abstract
This paper discusses the preliminary-announcement and display method of the action and intention of the mobile robot which moves in a human-coexisting environment. We are developing two types of robots. One robot has the omni-directional display which indicates the speed and direction of the robot’s motion. The other emits laser beam which indicates the course of the mobile robot directly.
