A design scheme of the intelligent sensor for measuring level and temperature of water-well monitoring earthquake is proposed in this paper. The sensor network system is designed as a total solution. The hardware and software of the sensor and data concentrator are described. The hardware scheme of the sensor is based on the silicon pressure sensor, RTD sensor, MCU and fieldbus. The sensor fieldbus protocol is also introduced. The intelligent sensor has been implemented in laboratory and proved to be feasible by experiments.
