Recently, measurement of carbon dioxide(CO₂) concentration is increasingly important in agriculture, environmental preservation, etc. On most occasions, CO₂ concentration is necessarily measured in-situ practically. We have developed a practical CO₂ concentration meter using a solid electrolyte sensor. In present paper we explain the structure and characteristics of the CO₂ sensor, the specifications of the concentration meter.
