抄録

The vibration of the machines in abnormal condition contains some fault symptom. In this research, in order to detect the fault as soon as possible, the new signal processing method is proposed which focuses on the conditional probability of the fault signal value in time domain. Furthermore, proposed method is applied to experiment, and validity is confirmed.
