Switching Sliding-Mode Control for Nonlinear Processes

Abstract

This paper is concerned with the simple design method of switching control for nonlinear processes. The proposed method approximates nonlinear processes by the set of plural linear systems that dynamic characteristics is switched sectionally, and performs state estimation using plural observers. By the performance index that consists of those output errors, supervisor performs switching of a suitable model and controller.
