Abstract
For energy-conservation in temperature control, overshoot should be decreased. To overcome this, we newly developed a function to adjust overshoot against disturbances. In this paper, this new control system for adjusting overshoot against disturbance is described, as well as the test results to see the overshoot suppression effects in packing machine temperature control. As a result, we confirm that this new control system can realize 50% of time decrease to take until the temperature gets stable.
