A knowledge collaboration system “Knowledge Flow” was developed. This system has the following feature. (1) It is possible to accumulate the execution actual result of a workflow system and can be used as a knowledge management system. (2) It is possible to analyze the execution actual result of a workflow and to improve a business process continuously.
