Abstract

As a result till 4:00 in the morning probable, 14 days before this Great increases 14 days before the South Hyogo Pref. Earthquake in 1995. We investigated the temperature of Kobe for ten years. It is about 1% which temperature goes up by 2 degrees or more on the basis of 20:00 as a result till 4:00 in the morning probable. 14 days before this Great Earthquake, this temperature rise was going up by 2.2 degrees. We report the view of data-mining about the discovery.
