Computation Time Reduction of Fuel Consumption Optimization for HEV by Using Reduced Data

Abstract

This paper deals with a benchmark problem for designing an energy management algorithm of a hybrid electric vehicle and proposes a method for optimizing its fuel consumption with short computation time. At present, the proposed method can provide the highest performance of fuel consumption among the existing methods.
