Zhou, Doyle and Glover showed a new method to derive the Youla-parametrization of all stabilizing controllers without using the coprime factorization approach in their newly published book. However, they did it one by one through three problems, the FI problem, the DF problem and the OE problem. In this paper, the authors shall propose an one step and simpler proof for this parametrization
