Abstract
This paper presents the numerical method for dynamic problems of linear fractional differential. equations which are described in terms of fractional order derivatives of state variables. Matignon et al. derived an analytical solution of fractional differential equations described by a state space form. There is not efficient numerical algorithm for this analytical solution. The proposed algorithm in this paper includes the process which reduce calculating times together with infinite series truncation of Mittag-Leffler function and a numerical integration. The effectiveness of the presented method is verified on a numerical example comparing with the conventional methods.
