Abstract
In the production of hybrid silk (20 denier) , combining the false twisted nylon fiber with cocoon filaments without air jet, the authors examined the relationship between the combination of the factors like false twisted nylon's torque direction, croissure twist direction, jette-bout rotating direction and the yarn quality of hybrid silk. As a result, when the false twisted nylon is in S-torque direction and the croissure twist is Z-direction (left rotary direction) and the jette-bout rotation is S-direction (right rotary direction) , it was comfirmed that the combining degree of hybrid silk increases, the size deviation decreases, the eveness-deviation also decreases and in addition the percent of cleanness and neatness increase. Even, when the false twisted nylon is in Z-torque direction and the croissure twist is S-direction and the jette-bout rotation is Z-direction, the quality of hybrid silk increases as in the above case.
