Abstract
Local collaboration coordinator can play an important role in promotion of local autonomy with various agents. In this study, we focus on an intermediary organization to coordinate local collaboration, and pick up an NPO Okazaki Community Design Center LITA of Okazaki City, Aichi Prefecture as a case. The organization supported anticrime and other community activities with various agents and then fulfilled "development of organizations' capacity", "extension of activity range", "spread and improvement of activities" and "increase of actors" in Tatsumigaoka school district, Okazaki City. As a consequence, we clarified the essentials of enabling technologies of network formation and organization management in local collaboration coordination.
