Abstract
The standard is regarded as a thing or method that has been found to be good based on someone's experience in achieving any purpose. A socio-technology for the establishment of standards is needed to visualize, systematize, share, and utilize relevant knowledge, which is accumulated in various forms in a whole society.
This research aims to propose a methodology for the establishment of standard technical guidelines, based on the results of a profound analysis on the process for establishment of the knowledge contents required for designing elderly care plans. The proposed processes enable to establish standards effectively by combining the "development process" as small group approach and the "sharing process" as getting endorsement along the way approach.
