We usually hope to control complex phenomena, however, Robert Axelrod and Michael Cohen have stated in their recent book ""Harnessing Complexity"" that we essentially cannot control nor eliminate the complexity of social or organizational sxystems. Instead, they emphasize the concept of harnessing. In this paper, I will address the issues from the concept of Agent-Based Modeling. Also I will explain the role of Agent-Based computer simulation for complex social and organizational systems.
