An intense cold front passed the Japan island on November 7, 1995. We processed the baseline vector for Nagoya-Atsumi GPS baseline using no estimation of excess path delay (EPD) in troposphere before and after the passing of the front. Baseline determination errors caussed by heterogeneity of EPD in troposphere are shown as 10 mm on the horizontal baseline vector, and that caused by differences of EPD at both GPS stations amounts to 100 mm on vertical baseline vector.
