Applied Neuroscience and Management

Abstract

Remarkable developments have been recently made in the understanding of human, and of human mind, through neuroscience. Neuroimaging technologies to measure and quantify states of human mind, neuro-analytical technologies to interpret these states and neuro-application technologies to give meanings to and control them have greatly contributed to such advancements. This article firstly explains each of the technologies and suggests how to manage them better. Secondly, the article discusses how these technologies could be applied to the business management context, for businesspersons and corporate managers, in particular.
