Research on risk management in software development : Risk identification in implementation phase

Abstract

This is a research on the risk identification in implementation phase of software development project. First, we identify risk items from pending lists that used in actual projects, viewpoints of workplace safety and health and analysis of worker's behavior. Next, we classify the cause of risk, the elements of project, the type of hazard by using a concept of "project is a machine, which makes a product". Finally, we propose the systematic way to identify risk items by using these classifications.
