Abstract
Project management is a key methodology to which industry attracts considerable attention in corporate innovation. In such prospective fields as new business creation, product development and industrial complex, effective risk management is deemed to be imperative issue. The classical theory offers principally back-end approach to control risk in implementation stage. On the contrary, the new theory has developed front-end methodology to reduce occurrence of risk by delmition package rating. This paper deals with overviews and experiment on the latest theory.
