Abstract
So far, decision-making proceeds to some methods like as AHP has been conducted empirically by project managers or engineers that have certain quantity of knowledge for each field. However engineering enterprises do not always store up the know-how that is necessary for the entry into a new business segment. This paper revolves around the cognitive-psychological modeling which reflects decision making process that is crucial element for the purpose of making up an aiding tool which shall be available when selection problem occurs in a new project.
