A study on a supporting method for the development of carrier-plan

Abstract

The individual carrier-plan has been directed by corporations for their own intentions. Due to the change of social and economic environments, the individual has to adapt this and being required establishing his own carrier-plan for himself, taking the corporation's intention into consideration. In this study, the authors present a supporting method for obtaing mutually acceptable compromised solutions based on the difference between the corporation's intention and the individual's desire.
