Fund raising method by securitization for research and development project

Abstract

Research and development is action for advance competitive power of company. The company said it that the primary problem of research and development is fund raising. Fund raising methods in company are conventional methods such as bank finance, corporate bond, capital increase and new method by securitzaion. In this paper the fund raising method by securitization for research and development project is discussed.
