Target Set and Target Management and for NEDO R&D Projects

Abstract

In order to obtain the best output of the NEDO R&D projects effectively and efficiently, it is of great importance how to live up to the respective target set and target management. In this report, an eligible target set is indispensable to adequate project management, we summarized some points how to design processes that would allow the setting of optimum targets, and the optimum way to set quantitative targets is studied from the technological, economic, social and policy-making points of view.
