Abstract
These days, the view of project management is introduced widely-not only in a single project but also in two or more projects or through a whole company, and the motion has become strong that it is going to advance actual business with a project style. With such a tendency, the number of the research is on the increase which treats the program management from the viewpoint of the organization theory or training talented people. However, it is not clear what is needed at the place to practice. This paper considers requirements as the base construction for making program management successful. "Platform" -base of cooperation between projects- is taken up from the viewpoint of information system, based on the example implemented as a practice matter in the company.
