Current projects of developing information systems are characterized by "short term" and "high quality". It is necessary to communicate tightly among project members, and to collect effective knowledge from the outside. We developed the collaboration tool based on e-mail system for project management and have been used it. We are confirmed that it is useful for effective communication management.
