Abstract
NEDO was established as a governmental organization of Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry and has been the primary proponent of oil-alternative energy and industrial technology development by making use of resources of the private sectors. In order to obtain the best output of the research and development effectively and efficiently, it is of great importance to do the evaluation and reflect it to projects appropriately. From the results of evaluations already done so far, we summarized some points on the evaluation that should be noted, taking into consideration the fact that NEDO is going to be “Independent Administrative Agency”.
