2706 Execution of a Project for the Development of New Teaching Classes Based on Project & Program Management-2

Abstract

These days changes of environment in the world have enforced Japanese universities to change responsively. Under such environmental changes, this paper regards new teaching classes as a project for the development of teaching classes, introduces Japanese version of project management guideline called P2M and reports execution results of the project in which students participated positively. At the same time future tasks and countermeasures are proposed on the basis of execution results.
