Abstract
In many research-and-development-related companies, it is becoming common practice to evaluate R&D subjects and products using quantitative criterion centering on their economic value. However, it stays at the stage of doing "Evaluation," and is still a long way from achieving the intended objective of the evaluation result providing support for "Decision Making" and "Resource Allocation." The theme of this report is to help organizations to improve their execution of R&D project portfolio management. Will talk about each level of the portfolio management that should be aimed and explain the approach to reach the highest level successfully.
