Abstract
As computer systems spread to all part of societies, there is a growing demand of society that software systems must be developed with high-reliability. At development work sites, on the other hand, there are more and more cases that a customer with no experience in system development (as the ordering party of the system) and systems engineers with no background of the customer's business cooperate to develop a difficult system. How can we, as a project manager, develop high-quality computer systems with such staffing? Described below are two solutions I devised for the question. (1) Develop the conversion system at an earlier stage, then provide real data for the system test (2) Set up a pseudo work management framework. This issue shall focus on what I examined through some projects about the two solutions.
