Abstract
In a recent high-tech firm, the system of execution of the development project becomes complex by organize about each function having been subdivided according to the complication of the product. Moreover, the development period has shortened by the product life cycle's shortening, too. To lead the project to the success under such an environment, giving priority to the system of execution and communications more than before becomes effective. In this text, the focus is applied to the development of the high-tech product in the auto parts manufacturer that continues a good achievement, and consideration is described from respect of the system of execution and communications how it is necessary to be going to solve the current state, the problem, and the problem of the project management in the future.
