Abstract
It is comparatively recent that the concept of usability has become positively recognized and it can be applied in various areas. This paper focused on an area of software that has the most problems in a viewpoint of usability among them. The paper firstly considers a trend of consumers in the current society and countermeasures at the present stage by IT companies. Afterwards it explains the usability, raises a problem and verifies it. Finally it makes conclusion and studies on future tasks.
