Abstract
Recently, the projectized business have been increasing in order to create for high value products and services to realize the enhance of business in Japanese enterprise. As well known, the number of high-level talent for project is not Japan. In this paper, the use of competency is tried to realized in this problem. Namely, new competency model with consider process of the action of characteristic model is proposed. Moreover, it is proposed that the method of human-resources development using competency.
