2505 Research on the Communication Ability Promotion Method in the Elementary Education : Possibility of Elementary School Students Project

Abstract

It is pointed out that the importance of introduction of communication curricula in the elementaryeducation to solve various problems in the education field. On the other hand, the higher educational organizations and/or the enterprises aspires the acceptance of talent who has a basic ability concerning management to promote a high skilled project manager (hereafter, PMgr). In this research, the survey about communication ability promotion method has curried out in the elementary education, and the educational curricula to improve the problems are proposed. Since the possibility of the elementary school student project was examined, the effective communication ability promotion methods in the elementary education are proposed.
