Abstract
It is a critical factor that a so-called bold type as project manager' s important individual characteristic (Courage). Power to draw out team member's laughter is necessary for moving power and the team that can laugh even if driven in to a very critical situation. We call this "Power of humor" or "Shoryoku". In this research, "Shoryoku" is researched by a success factor of project and related viewpoint, and it proposes the effect of Shoryoku for the project success.
