Abstract
The issue of skill development for project management is to learn expertise knowledge and to master his jobs through practical experience. In the Skill Standards for IT Professionals (ITSS), while the characteristics of project that they have experience are described using the key performance indicator, skill activities are not described. So it is difficult to get some guideline from the key performance indicator in ITSS. In other hands, evaluation for skill is also to measure experience from the some view points. There are many types of viewpoints to measure skill experience. Evaluation skill should be utilized some types methods in combination. In this paper, at the first, the view points of methods as attributions of evaluation are explained, and the some types of methods are identified with the view points. Then the characteristics of experts are measured. The subjects belong to a large IT service company. 33 project managers participated our investigation from the same department. The complexity and size of project as the key performance indicator have co-relations to the judge of high performance. These performance indicators have a few relations to maturity of risk management skill and leadership skill etc. These performance indicators will be derived from the practical experiences of human interface design activity and accountability.
