1603 On Communication Management and Leadership-Style based on Project Team Life Cycle Concept : A case study in Systems Integration of IT services

Abstract

Team management has attracted attention in recent years, as one of the most important factors which affect success of a project. There are various issues in team management from the viewpoints of the human resource planning and the motivation. Communication has the very significant role for solving these issues. In this paper, we would describe a practical method of more effective and more efficient communication and leadership-style based on Project Team Life Cycle Concept in team management through the example of our SI projects.
