Abstract
Quantitative project management (QPM) is one of the most effective methods to achieve project objectives surely. With QPM, we can understand facts objectively, identify problems early, take corrective actions appropriately, and as a result, we can lead our projects to their success. We have established a process of QPM based on the high-level process of CMMI Level 4 and 5. In this paper, we introduce an example and its benefits of having attained project objectives and business goals by implementing our high-level process of QPM.
