Abstract
It is necessary to do construction which considers accessibility etc. from the plan stage so that Web contents may become information media of every sharing. The site construction that understands the characteristic of the handicapped person and the senior citizen, etc. is requested as standardized by JIS X 8341-3 in 2004. In this paper, in Web contents corresponding to various Web users, it proposes "Accessibility design guide line" along at the PDCA cycle advocated by the software development.
