1702 Research on performance evaluation in case of introducing Enterprise Architecture

Abstract

The problems concerning information systems in an enterprise currently have been increasing in importance. The problem of redundant investments and biased knowledge is acute for enterprise management. Attention has been paid to the EA (Enterprise Architecture) in order to solve these problems. However, there is a draw back that it is difficult to evaluate performance in introducing the EA. In this research, a virtual project is set up, and an evaluation method measuring on effects which give the project performance is proposed.
