Abstract
The introduction of the project management (hereafter, PM) into the elementary education was investigated as one of the solution methods of various problems such as disorder in the classroom and the scholastic attainments decrease. The PM elementary education using the Trade Game (hereafter TG) was introduced to promote necessary skills for the communication and the leadership, etc. by the elementary education in this research. As the results, it is recognized that the effective application method of the PM education for the elementary education to promote the necessary skills such as leadership, communications, etc. by the group study.
