Abstract
The discipline of the project manager needs a lot of money and long period. The optimal curriculum for basic education on project managing in university is proposed to shorten education period in actual society. The factors that failed projects are taken out from the actual project records. After these factors are analyzed the optimal curriculum that is consisted by the effective knowledge, technologies as the countermeasure for preventing these factors is proposed.
