Abstract
Today's business environment changes violently, and many companies have continued discussing about the TO-BE state of the IT systems, which concerning their contributions to the business domain. The enterprise architecture (EA) began to attract attention again. However, as cost effectiveness of EA is not clear and the process of introducing EA is not clearly defined, many to these companies is reluctant to start EA projects. In this paper, I will try to answer to such questions based on our EA projects experience, and I hope the information will be helpful to the determination for introducing EA.
