2811 A research on evaluation model of communication using CMM concept

Abstract

The communication is one of an important factor that conducts the project successful result. The evaluation of the communication level is needed to find week points of the project communication status. In this paper an evaluation model of communication is proposed, which is constructed by using the concept of CMM (Capability Maturity Model). The proposed model is verified by using actual project records and found the relationship between evaluation level of communication and project successful rate.
