2807 A study of the framework to support of decision making in project management

Abstract

The project in recent years represented by the embedded system is increasing complexity, diversity, and uncertainty. In such a situation, the outstanding decision making management is needed for project management. In this paper, the problem of decision making in project management at present is arranged, and the importance of using decision making management effectively in project management is discussed. Moreover, the frame that supports decision making in project management is considered by considering the method of the tool and communications in project management.
