Abstract
In Fujitsu, there is "PM document society" as one of the working groups of Fujitsu PM Community. In this paper, we briefly describe the activity of "PM document review society". This activity is effective for the improvement of project manager's three PM competency, that is, "writing competency", "presentation competency", and "discussion competency".
